Theterritory Madonie shows a well-defined context characterized by culturaland natural heritage, characterised by elements of uniqueness and rarity, andthat is identified,
for a good part of his extension with the Madonie Park. Thearea 
includes the most eastern province of Palermo and runsfrom coastline, along which are two of the municipalities, Cefaluand 
Pollina, to the centre of the island, at the border of the provincesof Enna and

Cefalu, with 14,026 inhabitants and Castelbuono with 9,723, thesmallest
